The goal of this blog is multifaceted; I want to improve my writing ability, develop ideas for future writing material, create something that outlives me, and stay consistent at something for a year.

I’d like to discuss topics such as happiness, meaning, wealth, ethics, music, health, friendships, business, religion, and any others that draw my attention through the year.

At the time of writing, I’m primarily inspired by the frequent writings of America’s prominent political leaders of the late 1700s. I’m inspired by the profound notes left behind by Marcus Aurelius. I’m inspired by the parables of Jesus. I’m inspired by the life-altering allegories from Richard Bach. I’m inspired by musicians who leave behind thoughts and stories and sounds after they die.

My next goal with this blog is to not forget to cancel my WordPress subscription in a year.

If I can stay consistent with weekly blog posts and remember to cancel my subscription at the end of the year, then it will have been a success.
